Well after almost 20 years of racing I'm calling it quits. I started racing with the TPTCC league using a 286 that had dual 3 1/2" floppy drives. We races against the AI's offline and then emailed in our results. That was a long time ago and I'm not even going to try to figure out how much money I've spent upgrading and buying new PC's just to keep up with the software. I've taken my racing cockpit apart and have replaced it with a PS3. I'll give that a try for a while and see how I like it.

It was great racing with you all and Ced, I cant begin to tell ya how much I appreciate all the hard work you've put into this league. I was one luck guy to find this league, and in my opinion it's one of the best bunch of guys/gals on the internet. I'll still be checking the forum to see how the league's going and all, and probably giving my 2 cents worth of useless comments now and then

Wow...I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say that we'll be sorry to see you leave.

I hope it will be just a short term addiction to the PS3, and you will come back soon.

The only thing that I am looking forward to on the PS3 is a new Star wars game and Grand Turismo 5 (which is out next month...I need to get a PS3).

It has been a pleasure to have known you all these years. While I did compete in the Pits league back then I really didn't know ya then. You are one of the original crew and I thank you for sticking with me / us this long. You have always been a good sounding board and I have always appreciated the feedback.

A PS3, don't tell me you got Grand Theft Auto....lol. or worse...Guitar Hero...lol.
