Man I love these things....Tried my best in the little putt putt that could. Got a 5th and 4th out of it. Had a great battle in race 2 with Head Weasel and Leadsled. Yeah it was a battle because I was behind them trying to stay connected....lol. Good racing all around.

That was fun........... My lack of racing lately really showed. I had several spins. I had a little help a couple of times but mostly my fault. Not so sure about the Enduraracer mod. At least the GTs. I can't figure out the blipping thing. I seem to do a lot of lock ups and spin outs going into the turns because of that.
Sandy is becoming a dominating force. We need to make him run with a wheel missing or something :-)

Red Weasel Racing Reports
PTM at Pukekohe Park. The Red Weasels were in true furry form as the car hauler pulled into the raceway. While Miss Susan has been favoring the Audi the Head Weasel has been sticking with the Mercedes. With very little time to prep, the pair of cars headed for the track to figure out just how to get these things to slow down and turn….
Well, as the first race started, we found a little bit of an issue when I got into the group of cars all entering T2 at the same time, Sandy sorry for that. But what a spectacle, cars flying over curbs, pylons scampering across the track, and Merc body parts littering the racing surface … Ah, to be quick and agile.
Race two was a little better, a good clean start and away we went, had a good smooth line and ran as fast as we could, I looked down and I was in P2. Whoa! Hey, that is a hoot. Then as I had pressure put on me I started to cook my left front tire and that slowed me down just a tad, but still gave to good close.
Miss Susan has some problems of her own, as she cooked the right hander and found the sand trap, for the amount of time she was there I think I saw her roll out her beach towel and big floppy hat. Then taking the time to sign autographs for several of her fans she finally got back on track and returned to the fray.
We had some really great racing, and some real excitement.
Thanks for the Racin’

race 1 worked out pretty good after the first couple laps; turns 2-4 are real nail biters in traffic same for getting the braking right at the end of the straight--phew! race 2 didn't go well from the start, spun on consecutive laps at t3-4; then t-boned dave's car at speed exiting the final bend. realistically, my race was done because the right front suspension/wheel was completely gone. i didn't know that and trundled around at 40kph for two laps (missed pit-in) before realizing it was terminal when i came out still a 3 wheeler. congrats to sandy and al for overall and audi class victories looking forward to mid-o in the turtles, greg

I had a great battle with Al in race one, Sandy had the misfortune of being involved in that T2 wreck on lap 1 but he was charging hard and if the race was a few laps longer he probably would have caught me.
During qualifying for race 2 my PC started having lag problems, I figured it was just a small server problem but the lag just kept getting worse as the race went on. My PC finally froze while I was heading down the main straight and all I heard was a huge crash and knew someone hit my dead car sitting in the middle of the track. Now I know it was Greg, sorry Greg, I tried to shut my system down as fast as I could.
Love driving these things, they are a major blast ;D
