Anyone care to share their lap times for Riverside? I was sure the Mazda would be fastest here and I'd whittled down to low 1:25's. Then I tried the Sauber. Other than it's lack of response and lackluster brakes, it did well. Actually it was much faster, especially on the straights, and I almost immediately got into the really low 23's. Hoping to do some more laps this weekend, but not likely until Sunday. Tommy

I've gotten into the 24s with the Jag, and can run comfortable 25s. I want to get a bit quicker though, but I don't know what to fool around with!

I just took a quick spin around I don't have much time for GTP. I did six laps using 2 setups ended up mid 24's (Jag) so I'm sure the better guys will be near 21's as I made a few big mistakes.
I'll try and make Sunday but I'm so much into GTR it's hard to find anytime to practice this and I don't want to be a danger on the track.

Got my best time to date last night in the practice race: 1:22.1 or so. Chasing (and being chased by) Brent really helped me see where I've got some time to make up! This was in the Sauber, BTW.

TommyR..that's the same time I've managed but offline and in the Jag. Still not consistent enough though. I really haven't got the tight right hander after the long esses right yet. Either kiss the wall or tooo cautious. Hopefully break into the mid 21's tonight.

Brent was getting in the 21's...my fastest race lap was 1:22.004 and my setup needed a bit of tweaking...unfortunately however my 200gb hard drive that I had the game and lots of other stuff just completely died...argh!

I meant to post last night, but I forgot. Last night I tried the Jag at Riverside and was pleasantly surprised. My best with the Sauber was a 1:22.1 and within a half dozen laps I was able to tweak the Jag to 22.3's, but the kicker was that it was SO much more predictable, especially under braking. Methinks I'd better paint up another car this evening. Tommy

In the mid 1.21's too in the Jag but average of mid to high 22's on longish runs. Great track though. Overtaking anywhere other than the end of the back straight and into the final banked turn is going to be tight.

wow, was running 21's, then tried a few setup tweaks, did one lap and ran a 1:20.098. In the Sauber, btw.

1:20.3 during off-line practice with the Jag... found a little something! Hope I can do that pace on Sunday!

Still struggling a bit with 22.0's and now that GTR is in my grubby little hands, I'm not sure how much more practice I'll have prior to the race. If only I weren't so concerned about actually staying on the track and not kicking up dust, I might be able to hang with y'all. Tommy

Hi guys, I'm still only running 1'25s with the Mazda. Got into the 1'23s but they were suicide laps . Still am not very good with the setups on these things, so am still using default fast setup. Can anyone point me to a place where to download setup for Mazda? I tried the other cars, but struggled. Thanks, Andrew
