I sure owe Harrison and my friend Paul an apology for all that fender rubbing. I changed my setup and got it too loose. That's why I was banging into you.
Those intermediate tires have no grip. And I didn't do any warmup laps to find that out.
Once I got by it was just a matter of hanging on. Both Mark and John just blew me off.
Some unbelievable racing.
My bad guys. You both know I don't usually mix it up. If anything I'm too passive.

Was lucky to grab pole for both races. Mark sure gave LOTS of pressure early, but went off in race #1 and then I just cruised to the victory. Race #2 was a completley different story. Started from pole again and got a good start, had to pull a Schumacher and chopped Mark before T1. He was stuck to my rear bumper like GLUE. I was thinking WTF ? He made a move, O defended and decided to let him by instead of taking us both out. He steadily pulled away from me almost a full 1.5 seconds per lap. By now I am freaking out wondering where all this speed has come from and what was I doing wrong. Then a few laps later I see the display " Mark is pitting" HE WAS ON SOFTS !!!! He pitted and came out way back, but on the last lap he was only 1.5 seconds behind me as we crossed the line. If he had gotten by me one lap sooner he would have won for sure. Great job Mark !!!
