I grew up in Uxbridge, 1hr. north of T.O., lived in the Beaches for a while and then back up in North Durham until I moved down here last year. I'm missing my Tim Hortons but not the weather.

Figured it out.
++++I have everything loaded but GEM doesn't give me the option for the 69 season. Beside the RACE window I can select the 69HWNG but no Carset option. I have tried a few different locations to install the mod and GEM but GPL demo is in C:sierra\GPL Not sure what I am missing here.++++

Cameron, By no means am I an expert in this (someone help me out here... ;D). Open the GEM window. Look at the top left corner for the Carsets button. Click on that. It should open a new window that shows two columns... an inactive carset column and an active carset column. Try single clicking on the 69 carset, then click on the approrpriate arrow in the middle of the screen to move it to the active carset column. At least that's what I think I did to get the correct carset. You may also need to move the currently active carset (more than likely the 67 carset) to the inactive carset column. Close that window. if this works, you should see car pictures on the GEM window of the high-wing cars. Guys, please correct me if I'm off base here... or slap me with a trout or something.  BTW Cameron, if you get it working, please consider joining the PORRS GPL69 League we're starting! Rob Edit... I'm just running the 2004 Demo, too, so you should be OK there. |

Thanks guys. I ended up deleting everything, starting again and when I re-booted everything ran fine....except me, I can't control these things. I have requested to join the league so we'll see how bad I really am.
