Well I really screwed up big time. I qualified fourth and felt pretty good. During the first lap I got bottled up and let my advisary, Nasella get by me. I really pushed to catch back up and ran over a curb bounced into Tom and spun him. Then screwed the pooch by slowing to allow Tom to get back ahead me. While doing that several cars ran into me. I ended up resuming the race in dead last. All my fault for trying to do the right thing. I didn't have the proper setup to contend with Tom. I could not catch him. Or probably he was just driving better. To his credit he was hauling ass and there was nothing I could do to catch him. Fate stepped in though. With only three laps to go I started making up huge ground on Tom because he was running low on fuel. He almost held on. There was less than a quarter of lap remaining when I drove by his our of gas car. My choice of no boost helped me make it on one stop without running out of fuel and a podium finish. That was a gimme for me. And like Rick said, any one you came up on moved aside without incident and let you past. Looks like a real battle for points this season. Congrats to Sandy on another victory. The man is goooooooooooood. Now on to a Nascar track :-)

Qualified 9th, didn't get on the gas quick enough when we went green (almost forgot we did rolling starts in these tail happy cars), slipped down to 10th, and then quickly got 9th back in the same lap, was a game of back and forth with Sheldon, but eventually I was able to make a break the tow he was getting from me, and start pulling away. Then I pitted at exactly 30 minutes to go, and went out, pretty uneventful from that point on, just kept putting in 1.10's after the stop, and noticed I probably wouldn't have enough gas for the end, so I dropped the boost from 8 to 3, and only put the boost up when five minutes showed, then finished 6th, pretty good run for a long break.
Good racing by everyone.

I started off ok. Not as far down in the grid with the Toy. While running 5th Bob was playing psychological warfare with me. I knew he was behind me and making up ground from whatever happened at the start. He had his spotter time enabled and I could hear the lap times he was running on Team Speak. I kept thinking, how is he running those lap times. Every few laps I would match him but them two laps later I was a second slower. So he eventually caught me and passed me then my race went into the tank...lol. Good debut for the PORRS Werx Jag though.
