Have it and love it. I do not have the most powerful computer in the world and as long as I keep the graphics at reasonable levels it's fine. I run track detail full, texture medium, player high, opponents medium, shadows low and always have acceptable fps. My older system is AMD Athlon II X4 630, 4GB dual channel DDR2, NVidia GeForce GTX 760...........if I can run rF2 I'd suspect everyone around here can.

I had it for a short time and have no complaints about it. I let my subscription lapse because it didn't seem all that popular at Race2Play. If we switched PORRS to RF2 I would definitely renew my subscription though. I imagine it's only a matter of time before other leagues follow suit.

Trust me Dale, I'll be looking at everything available out there by end of May. I have found some WIP's so we will see by then. That mod that Sheldon is refering to is pretty good.

I am afraid rf1 is the end of the line for me. I am running on a 10 year old computer and there are other things that precede a new setup. Although I haven't had the chance to run much I did all I could.

Ced, you asked why I don't like it ? Just one huge reason.............tire wear is totally unrealistic. If they tire wear thing could be solved it would be an awesome mod.

I've been racing rF2 (URD mod plus other cars) for well over a year and have read the tire wear thing quite a bit. Here's what I've found.....the more I race it the better I am getting at tire wear. I used to kill them (I always uses SPRINTS) in a one hour race, not any more. They certainly won't be as good at the end but I can make 'em last. The "aliens" not only make 'em last but are still FAST. The two leagues I currently race in run a 1 hour race with a mandatory tire change and the other one runs 1.5 hour races so you're going to have to pit no matter what. With that being the case you can pretty much beat the crap out of the tires for a stint.

Ced, Enduraracers have just come out with their new update. And on that release notification they said they're are working on Enduraracer for rF2. So maybe it'll be ready for next season. One can only hope.
