I painted a 97 car up and sent to Ced yesterday. Ced did you receive it?

Hi Sandy,
I got it today, got swamped and never got a chance to look at it. I would be honored though if you ran your paint on #97 since you are the captian.
I'll wait to see what Rob comes up with or a variant of yours.

Worked a little on it last night, Ced... should be able to finish it either tonight or tomorrow. I'll number it as 98 in case PORRS WORX wants to run Sandy's 97.

ok, i need some setup help here. i can get lap times in the low 1.39`s in practice. I`ve just got done running 2 17 lap runs and cant keep tires on the car after 11-12 laps. while running laps in the 1.40-41 range. dont know what i need to make it 22- 23 laps.

Dunno, CB... I'm in the same boat with regard to burning up the fronts (rears are OK). Gonna try a couple things tomorrow AM. I'll let you know if I discover anything. Check with Sandy, too. I think he's practicing in the 34s.

 well just tryed running online for the first time with this mod. guess what, i`ve been practicing at the wrong temperature. i`ve been practicing at 70 degrees.  its going to be run at 53 degrees.  had to leave the online race as my setup was useless for that temp. but i did manage to get top speed to 198 mph. just cant turn right now.

Cool looking ride. No one will have a problem seeing us coming...lol.
Rob I sent you the player file this AM.
Sandy, do you want to create the PORRS1 player file for your guys so everyone knows they are matched with you or do you want me to create it.
Also, at 6:15 I'll try to have my server up in Bullrun so if you want you can test driver files and swaps if you want. Also maybe get in a little practice.
Let me know.

Tried to log on to the server... got an error...

Edit... Error is 10054... network connection error... getting it when trying to log on with GTP as well. Any problems on your end, Ced?

Rob, the 98 car looks real good. Would you mind painting up a sister car for Porrs1? Same scheme with a 97 on it, and our names. Sound good?

The sister car paint for PORRS 1 is almost complete. I replaced the black on PORRS 2 with a blue... about the same shade as the blue on the PORRS WORX Jag. If anything, the PORRS 1 car is brighter and wilder than the PORRS 2 car!! LOL! ;D Anyhow... I'll finish it tonight and send it out to the PORRS WORX drivers tomorrow night for inspection. Won't be able to miss us on the track! But then, that's kinda the point!  Rob Edit... PORRS 1 is complete. I'll send out the car file after work today (11-8-05). Look for it either around 5:30 PM or around 9:30 PM. Edit 2... PORRS 1 car has been emailed to PORRS WORX drivers. Please download and inspect. Feedback welcomed. Enjoy guys! |

Hi Rob,
Can you email the car to me at ccollins@firstfedca.com. My other email got hacked and I'm rebuilding the server and it won't be until this weekend to see if I can retrieve my old email. I believe there maybe a test race this saturday. Are you up for trying it, we can test our switching as well.

Hey Ced.
Yep... I resend to that address. Actually, I hope to get home in time tonight to do a quick pit-crew paint for the two cars. Didn't do that yet and I think we'll need it.
So... Ced, Charlie, James, and Sandy... look for updated carfiles tonight!
Regarding Saturday... I'll be away for the weekend visiting my folks... otherwise I would run it. Maybe we could do during the week, although my night meeting schedule for the early part of the week is packed (Thursday might work though). Perhaps you and the PORRS1 guys could test both cars for discos on Saturday and report the results.
Man, schedules bunch up... ugh!
