If you happen to be able to make the 24 hrs. at Daytona. Look me up.
Due to some problems I will probably spend most of my time in the Keech grandstands. Near the top.
Please look me up. I'll be the old fat man with a black leather jacket and a Bama hat on. I'd love to meet some of you guys.

I met Bob, Tom and Charly at Daytona 24hrs several years ago. All i can say is that i spent some of the best days in my life. Dont miss this opportunity to put some faces to your names.

Trust me my friends. I would love too and maybe one year it will happen. James keeps sneaking up on me and not letting me know he's in the area....lol.
Maybe for the best...Weasels and Squirrels together would be nothing but trouble......and boy what a story it would be... ;D ;D ;D

Anyone that's coming to Daytona, let me know. We'll get some kind of gathering arranged.
Right now we're a bit preoccupied with introducing a 2nd cat (no, Paul, not a "blackcat", another orange tabby :-)) to the house and it's a bit edgy at this point. Keeping the new guy in my "race room" is not going well for my practice time but hopefully it will all work out over the next couple of days.

Should I mention I'm 2 hours from Sonoma and 1 hour from Laguna Seca at this point Dave? ;D
Plan on going to Laguna in October this year (third time) Sig photo is from the 07 race.

If you missed this years 24 hr. you missed the best ever. For those who watched it on TV you probably had a lot more info than we did like who was driving at various times etc but it's nothing like being there in person. They have loudspeakers spouting out that stuff but good luck hearing it.
I don't know how many of you were there but I did see Tom Nasella, his brother Jim and Paul Hamilton's wife, Brenda.
We all had a great time. I sincerely hope that more of you will be able to make it next year.
Also the old ugly DPs are growing on me. Makes the "Grand Slam" sim look better every day. Might be something we ought to consider down the line.
