Well I was playing catchup from the time I joined the server. Downloaded the track during the week, ran practice (on what I thought was the right track) and then join the server and SCN error....rut roo. So needless to say the setup I had been practicing didn't work right on this version. Finally got it to where it was descent. Had a good battle with Susan (again) and then a slug fest with Brent and James. Looked like some great battles all around in this one. Can't wait to watch the replay. ;D

I figured out last week that the Lola was not even in the same area code as the Pesca and the Porsche so I concentrated on making a consistent setup and just hanging in as best I could. And barring a brain fart on the second lap when I hooked a wheel on the curb and then got too anxious to get going again, my plan worked well and I finished third. Congrats to Sandy for a dominant drive and to Greg for running an entire race in the P1 on one set of tires and with the boost cranked up to 4. I'd have blown it up in the first two laps...
BTW, a Lufthansa cargo jet arrived at Miskatonic World Headquarters this week and unloaded a couple of crates from Weissach. Further reports as conditions warrant...

felt more confident in the p1 lola this week but compared to those spyders, i could only hope for a little luck. wtg sandy and (gary) greds because i know you would've been up there fighting it out barring the disco deal.. plus, i have to apologize for veering wide into brent's pesca. meant to make my car wide but it got away from me, sorry! thankfully, you got the position but i saw you straightline it off at t1 right after.. ouch fun racing with pat (leadsled) for quite a few laps, including some real close side by side stuff. fought random fps hits over race distance, waited for the big one but it never came and i didn't have any offs due to the dreaded screenfreeze. cyas at the 'wood greg
