Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with TPTCC Bob. From some of the post-race posts there are others that are also upset. Nice to have larger fields but the first couple laps on any tight course are the hardest to stay alive in. Lots of banging, everyones in a hurry. We have some drivers that can really hot lap well so they qual well usually. But when they get into a crowd they don't know how to act or react.
I would contact Jim or Jan privately and discuss it with them; if, for no other reason, to let them know especially if someone is doing something they shouldn't. I know it won't help with feeling disappointed but I know they would like to know what's going on.
I wasn't feeling well so I didn't join in but I suspect I'd have been around Tom at the start and it sounds like he had a rotten time in both races so I probably would have been right in it with him. Ugh. I'd personally would hate to see you guys not run with TPTCC again! But, unfortunately, I do understand where you are coming from.
