Perhaps it's just me or possibly due to my less than state of the art computer but I find it difficult to "see" some tracks. I hope I can explain this. It seems like at many tracks the racing surface doesn't stand out enough compared to the surroundings and as a result many corners come up as a "surprise" despite having done many laps of practice. Not a total surprise but it's just difficult to "see" the braking point or sometimes where I want to turn in. Fuji was a good example. There were no corner markers and I found that, at speed, the blue and white curbing sorta blended in until you were right there. Our last track at TPTCC had a similar situation so someone retouched the curbing to give more contrast and made the corner markers more visible, too. Maybe someone could do that for us in PORRS when the track calls for it. Just a thought.

That can work.
Tom... What DX and track detail level are you running. I have seen on some tracks if you have the detail level at medium or below the track looks very different. Even without brake markers.

I run DX 9 with CIRCUIT DETAIL AND TEXTURE DETAIL set to high. Most tracks are not a problem, Virtua_LM tracks are always great, but at some tracks I don't see enough contrast until I get "right there," if that makes any sense. Heck, there are some tracks where it can be difficult for me to differentiate between the pit wall and pit road! For the record, I have no issue with Le Sarthe.
