That was a fun race. I had a real battle with Rick start to finish. Mark was right with us at first but must have been using low down force. The R15 does not like low down force. I was having a terrible time with this track. I could not get a timed lap with out crashing. I was going 200 mph but not getting the job done. Rick gave me a set that seemed slow but was easy to keep on the track. I guess it's proper that I made one more mistake than he did and he won. It was a good race though I could see him either in front of me or in the mirror pretty much the whole race. Very intense wore me out. See you all at Le Mans.

What a great night for the Weasels.
Odd bit of luck with this track, as during open practice, I didn’t have any issues, but during the race I lost grip several times. Most notably was the 10 minute warning crash… just about every race at the ten minute mark my car just looses grip and sends me on a wild ride.
Miss Susan had a few issues as well, most notably was her L1 issue entering the town…she was tight on my tail and lost it getting slowed down avoiding running me over. But for the most part started to get straightened out but like the Head Weasel the Weasel Wench still had a few off track excursions during the balance of the race.
Great track, loads of fun, I hope we see it again. I will mention that I noticed when other drivers had wrecks because of the frame rate spike we would get, other than that, it is a great track.

Hats off to Rick and Scott the Audi"s were hard to beat. I had a low down-force setup that was real quick if you drove the perfect lap! It wasn't really a good race setup, my bad. I lost contact with Both Audi's not to long into the race and never had a chance. I never matched my fastest lap during the race and had a few offs that sealed the deal for 3rd. I'll take it though and will look forward to the crown jewel of sports car racing Le Mans!!!!!!!

Tks Dale, It really was one of those tortoise and hair set-up dilemmas.. I had worked with both and found the slower one to be much more user friendly, also having about 50 or so practice laps I was not to surprised with the corners, and was able to keep my car to, just a scrape or two. Did have a moment with a lapper late in the race that allowed Scott to sweep on by, ARRRRRRRGH, as I set off after him, lucky for me he had a minor spin , with 2 to go that allowed me to retake the lead and hold on. It was really nice to have 9 cars there. I hope ALL MEMBERS IF POSSIBLE, can make the finale of the season at " THE 24 HOURS AT LE'MANS" ALSO much thanks to the drivers who correctly held their position for the pass.

Glad you guys liked the track. I was going through my archives and had forgot about this one. Kinda Rouen esk. Congrats to Rick and James. It was a fun battle to watch from the stands with Rick and Scott (wishing I could be in the mix). James and Susan had a great run to put the Weasels on the podium. My race was over before it started as I had to slot back into the DBR because Pat kept seeing me as an unknown. So I had 5 minutes to come up with a setup. Wrong Answer. I can't remember the last time I have seen a track from the other side of the fence than on this one. If I could put it all together I'm sure it would be a hilarious highlight reel. One time I hit a haybail so hard my steering wheel was off 45 degrees. But it got fixed and I soldered on. Looking forward to leman and the night. Good Times.
