I'm set up with a PORRS_A player that I just created myself... I did not use anything made by anyone else. "PORRS_A" is the player name. I have me E and W keys ready for swaps, and have placed a Bullrun_Speedway.svm file in the BullRun track folder as directed.
Anything else.
Oh yeah... I'm good for teamspeak... Dave and I chatted a little last night, and it works fine. He was trying to talk to James I believe as well.

Bob I think we will be ok. From what I have read, it just needs to have the same name PORRS_B, the same setup Bullrun_Speedway.svm and the same car selected. Lets try that and if I can't get in, we'll know for our practices.

Where Charlie, on the PORRS server or Pits Server. Are you talking practicing or trying driver swaps. If the PORRS server for some practice, you are more than welcome. Let me make sure the track loads for me because I know I had to redownload it for my PC and hadn't done it on the server yet

Looks like we do NOT need to have the PORRS_A and PORRS_B folders passed around, just have the names the same as Ced said. Driver swapping worked fine , only thing I can think of at the moment to add is to make sure your Bullrun_Speedway setup has the fuel settings what you want for all 3 stops because when you switch off it will fuel up to what you have set in the 2nd and/or 3rd stop fuel settings. I will try to get on the TeamSpeak server but might not be for a while. Looks like this swapping thing should work just fine, even easier that with NR2003. Bob

Guys, I looked at the calendar this morning and found out that I have a dentist appointment at 11:00 am on Nov 18th. Unfortunately I can't cancel this appointment, what plans were we going to have as to who's driving when? DaveS

A Saturday morning dentist appointment?? That sucks. I'm getting worried about our effort for the Bull Run, not much talking about it from all 6 of us. Is everyone still planning on running or what? We need preparation if we are going to pull this off. As of right now I plan on running the Q and at least the first stint in the B car. C'mon guys let's hear from ya all. Please.

I'm good for early sessions in the PORRS_A car. Am prepared to do two full stints. I do have, however, early evening plans so I won't be around for the finish... can stay till about 5:30 PM Eastern.
Dave, is your appt. at 11:00 AM Pacific?

I guess I'm going to be running the last leg then. I've been online just about every night so far trying to get my tires to last longer than 17 or 18 laps with out any success But with Rob's setup I've been running in the low 1:41's for the first couple of laps and then I've slowed down a bit and was turning laps in the low 1:42's up until around lap 11 then I start to peter off up into the 1:44's, 45's on laps 17 and 18. We need to figure out a race stategy guys for the PORRS_A car - How many laps between pitting, stuff like that. Do we still have 3 people driving in the race? I haven't heard much from James, Kevin or Loren, nore have I seen anyone else online except Bob. WE NEED TO PRACTICE OUR DRIVER SWAPS!!!DaveS

THanks
Send to ccollins@diskhead.con and snowced@aol.com...Thanks
Bob I should be good for testing with you tomorrow. I see initial race start looks like 1:15 east. I cou;d see how long race was so if no Harrison, do you want to do 30 min swaps to test.

Bob, I didn't see anywhere for the carfile download. I guess they haven't done one yet. Would seem odd so close. What car do you want to practice with tomorrow?
Or if you know where it is let me know...I'll be up early tomorrow
