Larry , you are always safe running one of the generic cars. Ced hasn't asked for our skins yet so there is no official car set.

CED........... If you are planning running all three tracks today please the outer version of Miller. You would need a road map and a week's practice to be able to safely compete on this track.

This version of Birmingham isn't nearly as good as the one that's already available.
And I agree with Bob about Miller. Very hard to see the corners there and when you aren't familiar with the track, that makes it even tougher.
Reims is Talladega -- if you got cars running in a pack, it could be very exciting, but it's not exactly a challenge to learn or drive on its own.

Miller - Well I was planning on running the full track. It is fun but technical. If everyone wants to go with the outer for the test...then we will run that.
Barber - I forgot that Birmingham was Barber Motorsports. So to eliminate any confusion today we'll run the one in the zip for the test.
Reims - I always have to have one flat out fast track on the schedule ;D
Test Server will be up 2 hours before the scheduled 6:30 start.

Larry - As Bob mentioned we don't have a carset yet so pick a car from the game. The server will be up with enough time to see if you have any issues.  |

It's 7:00 pm now and I still don't see the server. I'm guessing Ced's run into some issues. Hope your able to get things figured out Ced I was looking forward to running some laps at these tracks. I'm calling it a day though.

Well, just wasn't my night to be out and play. Couldn't get my act together tonight. Not used to Sundays I guess. Reaching for an excuse maybe.
Hope for better times down the road. Not lap times, though that would be nice too.

I was having fun at Barber but the power flickered and that was that. Then with the mandatory pit at Reims, I was sunk anyway then hit one of those solid concrete roadside objects and destroyed the car. Didn't know Miller well enough to race there so just decided to call it a night.
These cars are great and we should have some fantastic races this season.

Just uploaded the Miska cars for me and Brenda to the 08 LMP Cars directory. It has P1 and P2 Domes for me and a P2 Porsche for Brenda.

I had a great time last night until we hit Reims. Seems the size of the track with competitors overloaded my "Atari" :-) video card and I had a severe FPS hit. Loved the track when I was practicing it. I know it must have been a P1 paradise. Seeing Sandy running P2 made me think there isn't much chance of me winning a B race.
But I am really looking forward to this season...........if............... I get my new computer. These cars are awesome.

Bob,
I'm happy to say a P2 car did win...With only 2 laps to go I was the only car left... ; )
Matter of fact I ended the night with a trifecta...but now I shot my wad and I'll be R8 fodder for the season...

Congrats James, you are in rare form this season. In TPTCC as well. I hope I can get my PC up to date in time for the season opener.
